Wave Design needed illustrations for brochures and other print collateral to showcase the new homes in a retirement community they were marketing for Old Village Square.
Since the projects’ architect did not provide rendered elevations or landscaped lot/floor plans, we came up with the idea of scanning the architect’s blueprints and then painting them in digitally. The trees and shrubs were digitally hand-drawn and then merged into various combinations and sizes to create a lush environment.
