March 20, 2014—In February 2014, AdFed Suncoast held their annual ADDYs competition, awarding honors for branding, website design and mobile/desktop apps to local agencies and organizations. What would this contest honoring creativity have to do with wine? It just so happens our friends at boost, who designed the Michael’s Wine Cellar brand and corresponding label for Michael’s private label wines, took home an astounding 29 ADDYs as part of the recent competition! Our team was thrilled to see the bottle graphics created for Michael’s private label Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon win a gold ADDY and an AMY (Best in Category). We are certain that these estate-bottled, organic wines from Familia Zuccardi’s prized Santa Julia Winery in Argentina would taste just as perfect with any design treatment on the bottle, but we do love the elegant, sharp look that pairs perfectly with these sophisticated wines!
